Rental and Public Spaces

Several areas of the facility are available for general use by visitors, but can also be reserved for private functions like weddings, family and corporate picnics, birthday parties, and reunions. Options exist for all group types and sizes. For small groups, consider the Kiwanis Ramada or Pronghorn Deck. Medium groups may enjoy the Pence Pavilion. The largest groups may rent the Event Center. The cost of rental includes admissions fees for the number of guests the space allows.

Rental Venues

Event Center Lawn

The Event Center lawn is perfect for weddings, anniversaries, corporate parties, and large events. Events on this space can accommodate up to 300 people.

Pence Pavilion

The covered Pence Pavilion is perfect for everything from family reunions to a child’s birthday party. The pavilion can be rented as a whole or you may rent half depending on the size of your event. The entire Pavilion can accommodate up to 100 and a Half of the Pavilion can accommodate 50 people.

Pronghorn Deck

The open-air Pronghorn Deck overlooks our Pronghorn Deer enclosure with amazing views of the lake. It’s one of the prettiest places in the park, perfect for any medium-sized event. This space can accommodate 30 people.

Kiwanis Korner

The Kiwanis Ramada is a covered pavilion, located in the Kiwanis Korner next to the small child playground. It’s a perfect location for a young child’s birthday party! This space allows entry for up to 30 guests.

Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary offers three wedding packages that can be customized to fit your needs and make your day perfect!

Wallaby Package

This package includes admission to Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary for up to 100 guests; use of the Pence Pavilion; HPZS staff to coordinate with rental companies, caterers and DJs; use of HPZS facilities for changing rooms and day-of-event storage; post-event clean up; a wedding rehearsal prior to the event and your choice of an animal show or animal greeter. *

Tiger Package

This package includes admission to Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary for up to 300 guests*; use of the Event Center Lawn; HPZS staff to coordinate with rental companies, caterers and DJs; use of HPZS facilities for changing rooms and day-of-event storage; post event clean up; a wedding rehearsal prior to the event and your choice of an animal show or animal greeter. *

Peacock Package
